How it works

One booking. Everything follows.

A booking comes in once. Freight OS rates it, dispatches it, captures the delivery and invoices it, and raises the pallet, supplier, payroll and fuel work it causes along the way.

What Freight OS does, from booking to invoice Bookings arrive from the customer portal, from emailed orders read in automatically for an allocator to approve, or from office entry. Each becomes a rated consignment, goes onto a manifest and runsheet, and is picked up and delivered through the driver app, which captures the POD. The driver app also records pre-start vehicle checks. The customer is invoiced to MYOB or Xero. Along the way, freight with pallets creates CHEP transfers, which are declared to CHEP and reconciled against CHEP statements. The manifest raises purchase orders for subcontractors and unloaders, which become bills in accounting. The driver app produces driver timesheets for payroll, makes the POD available to the customer in their portal, and records fuel for fuel reporting. Fleet, reporting and an audit log of every change run underneath.
